Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Noir grapes, raspberries & blueberries.
This blend has bright aromas of fresh raspberries, pear, apple, white wine, and soft floral notes. The flavor is of jammy raspberry, plum and strawberry that is carried across the palate with lively carbonation, and a clean crisp finish with lingering fruitiness. This sparkling beer has lots of amazing fresh fruit character balanced by very light acidity, soft tannins and a touch of oak.
