Batch 1, Belgian-inspired sour ale refermented with pixie mandarins from UC South Coast and our own blend of five spice. This blend has bright savory and sweet aromas consisting of citrus peel, spice, stone fruit, and herbs that blends perfectly with the lambic-inspired base beer.

Batch 1, Belgian-inspired sour ale refermented with Ruby Red grapefruit from UC South Coast and salt. Salt & Red grapefruit zest and juice provide intense citrusy and floral notes with a touch of savoriness.

BEER SHIPMENT DETAILS
Beer can only be shipped within the state of California and delivery requires a signature and a valid ID from a person 21+.
- We ship out once a week on Thursdays.
- Orders placed Thursday after 12 pm will ship out the following Thursday.
- Our shipping service is through a next-day delivery provider, so most orders should arrive within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. Once an order has left our warehouse, we do not take responsibility for shipment delays by our delivery provider.
