Belgian-style sour ale spontaneously fermented and aged in oak barrels. Blend of one, two, and three year-old barrels.
The aroma is bright and complex with notes of white wine, peaches and hay. The flavor is just as vibrant with flavors of stone fruit, apples, earthy funk and slight minerality which is complimented by a soft acidity and medium body. The beer finishes dry leaving soft floral and earthy notes with a touch of oak.
