A blend of one-year spontaneous barrels refermented with yuzu added just before packaging. Bottle conditioned for 6 months.
The aroma is floral, citrusy and piney, with underlying funk and minerality. The flavor is delicate with bright citrus complimented by notes of pine, stone fruit and earthy funk. The acidity is very light with just enough to fill out body and bring out the brightness of the yuzu.

Beer can only be shipped within California, and delivery requires a signature and a valid ID from a person 21+.
